– Body Aches/Pain
If you are sick, do not come to the studio. Please call us immediately to cancel your appointment at (208) 274-3236. There is no cancellation fee to cancel if you are sick.
The following new rules have been put in place for the safety of our guests and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your health and safety as well as our staff is of utmost importance.
The studio will be kept clean and free of extra touch surfaces.
Prior to disinfection all multi-use tools, such as tweezers, will be cleaned thoroughly after each use with soap and water.
After thoroughly being cleaned all tools will be completely submerged in Barbicide for 10 minutes. Barbicide will be changed daily and mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions. The Barbicide jar will be dated and clients are welcome to check the date.
All single-use items will be immediately disposed of in the wastebasket following the appointment. Lash wands will still be given to clients following their appointment however, for the time being, wands will not be accepted for collection to donate to the Wands for Wildlife foundation. This will prevent extra outside items from being brought back into the studio.
Every client will be provided with a clean blanket which will be handed to the client upon arrival. This is a way for the client to have peace of mind knowing that the blanket has not been used in a prior appointment. The lash table will be covered with a clean sheet to be laid on top of. The lash pillow will be additionally covered with a clean pillowcase for every client. All linens for every appointment will be properly and safely removed from the table after every appointment and placed in the laundry basket. The table cover that holds the mattress pad and bed warmer in place will then be sprayed with a fabric disinfectant. All clean linens will be stored in a covered drawer or basket.
Clients will be required to wear a mask until an announcement is made. Clients are asked to wear their masks upon entering the studio. If you do not have a mask one can be provided at an additional cost to the client.
Every client will remove their shoes before laying on the lash table and place them in one of the designated buckets. Please place your keys, jacket, and/or purse within this bucket and no other place in the studio. If possible, clients will only bring in minimal items and leave the rest in their cars. Cell phones will still be able to be placed in the Phone Soap UV cleaner however the charger will not be available at this time to avoid extra touchpoints. Clients are more than welcome/ encouraged to place their debit card in the Phone Soap to be cleaned as well. The Phone Soap and personal belonging buckets will be properly cleaned prior to the next client placing their personal belongings in them.
Clients are still able to purchase retail items however they are not able to personally grab the items from the shelves at this time.
Water is still available however clients will not be able to personally dispense it at this time.
TouchPoint and Work Surfaces
Door handles, restroom keys, work surfaces, adhesive bottles, lash fan, lamp, etc. will all be cleaned with the appropriate Barbicide spray, Barbicide wipe or Clorox wipe after the client leaves the studio and prior to the next client arriving.
Additional guests will not be allowed to accompany the client to their appointment.
Clients will swipe their own card for payment. They will then use a clean stylus to sign rather than their finger. The stylus will then be placed in the designated “dirty” cup so it can properly be disinfected prior to the next client.
Handwashing and Hand Sanitizer.
Clients will sanitize their hands upon arrival. I will continue to practice proper handwashing and the use of hand sanitizer during the appointment.
